Sensual Movement, All Levels
This class is geared to aid you in reconnecting your mind and body through movement by exploring shapes and rhythm. You are welcome to bring heels, but they are not required.
Polga combines pole fitness with yoga in a truly universal workout covering a whole range of aerobic, stretch and core muscles. When yoga is combined with the pole a whole spectrum of moves can be incorporated and included into a fitness routine.
Open Gym
Come hang out at the studio, practice what you've learned in class, and meet other students! An instructor or instructor-in-training will be in the studio as well working on moves and offering a helping hand when needed! Suitable for all levels.
This class will build on the fundamentals to increase your skills, as well as build your repertoire of pole moves and transitions. In this class, we will work on inversions, superman, side climbs, and more.
Recommended skills: Secure in your standard climbs, thigh sits, and apprentice/jasmine.
Pole conditioning is tailored to each individual student. The focus of the class is to meet every student where they are and give specialized conditioning training to help the student progress rapidly in other pole classes. It is also a great option for those just looking to switch up their fitness routine. Please bring a water bottle to class and prepare to leave drenched in sweat! Suitable for all levels.
Low–Flow, All levels - On Hold
This class focuses on using the lower portion of the pole. Concentrating less on pole tricks and more on creating beautiful shapes and movements to help you grow as a pole dancer. You will learn how to twist, roll, spin, and slide around the pole to build more body awareness, grace, and dance flow as you transition from one move to the other. Bring your knee pads!
